No . Videos cannot be downloaded, these videos can only be streamed and viewed online. We also do not provide CDs/DVDs.

No. Videos are not transferable

If videos are not playing. Following might be the reasons 1) Internet not working 2) You have logged out of Prodamy 3) Check for any virus 4) Stop any other downloads/torrents or antivirus update running in background 5) Your Internet bandwidth is being shared with some other computer 6) May be you are behind some firewall. 7) For wireless Internet devices(eg : photon/datacard) you are in areas were there is no/weak reception .

All our videos are hosted on world class servers. At times due to network congestion you might face some issue.

This is a known issue with Internet Explorer 6/7/8 . we suggest you should switch to Internet Explorer 9 / Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox

To resume the video from last location you need to let it buffer again to the point where you last left it and then play from there. Your session time will not be used when the video is buffering, session timer is used only when the video is playing. Kindly note you cannot drag the video if its not buffered to your last location.
